Ye Terms & Conditions ("Shartein") Switchava 19 app aur AtmaLoop website (atmaloop.com aur switchava19.atmaloop.com) ke use ko govern karti hain — paid plans, "Customise Switchava" service, aur "Refer & Earn" program bhi shaamil hai. App ya website use karke, aap in Shartein se agree karte hain. Data-handling ke liye Privacy Policy dekhein.
Switchava 19 ek jaap aur switchword counter app hai. Isme free trial hai, aur paid plans (6-Month, Annual, 3-Year) jo extra features unlock karte hain. "Customise Switchava" ek alag, one-time paid customization service hai. Dono AtmaLoop dwara operate kiye jaate hain.
Payments Cashfree Payments (RBI-authorized payment gateway) ke through process hote hain. Prices app/website mein jo purchase ke time dikh rahi hongi, wahi apply hongi. Paid plans, payment successful hone ki date se stated duration tak unlock rehte hain. Kyunki ye ek digital service hai jo payment hote hi turant unlock ho jaati hai, purchases generally non-refundable hote hain plan-activate hone ke baad — except jahan law ke tehat zaroori ho, ya jahan paisa genuinely kata ho lekin plan unlock na hua ho (aisi situation mein humse contact karein — Section 7 dekhein — hum investigate karke correct karenge, jisme refund bhi shaamil hai agar fault hamari taraf se tha).
Refer & Earn program mein koi bhi user (free-trial users samet) apna personal referral link/code share kar sakta hai. Agar koi us link se paid plan unlock kare, toh referrer ko fixed commission mil sakta hai, in conditions ke saath:
Aap app ya website ka misuse na karne ke liye agree karte hain — jisme unlock/payment signatures forge/tamper karna, referral program ka abuse karna, ya service ke normal operation mein interfere karna shaamil hai. Genuine misuse ke cases mein hum access suspend/terminate karne ka, aur referral commissions withhold/reverse karne ka right reserve karte hain.
Switchava 19 personal spiritual/wellness practice ke liye ek counting aur habit-support tool hai. Ye medical, psychological, financial, ya legal advice nahi deta, aur kisi bhi practice se outcomes ki koi guarantee nahi karta. Service "as is" provide ki jaati hai — hum reasonable care lete hain isko available aur accurate rakhne ke liye, lekin uninterrupted ya error-free operation ki guarantee nahi dete.
Ye Shartein, aur Switchava 19, website, kisi purchase, ya Refer & Earn program (referral-commission ke disagreement samet) se related koi bhi dispute, India ke laws se governed hote hain.
Agar koi dispute aaye, toh pehle humse directly contact karein (Section 7 dekhein) — zyadatar issues (jaise payment jo reflect na hua ho, ya referral-commission ka sawaal) isi tarah bina aage jaaye resolve ho jaate hain. Agar dispute isse resolve na ho paaye, toh ye Banda, Uttar Pradesh ki courts ki exclusive jurisdiction ke subject hoga, aur kisi aur jagah ki courts ko in disputes par jurisdiction nahi hogi — chahe aap app/website kahin se bhi access kar rahe hon.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Switchava 19 and the AtmaLoop website (atmaloop.com and switchava19.atmaloop.com), including any paid plans, the "Customise Switchava" service, and the "Refer & Earn" program. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Switchava 19 is a jaap and switchword counter app. It offers a free trial, and paid plans (6-Month, Annual, and 3-Year) that unlock additional features. "Customise Switchava" is a separate, one-time paid customization service. Both are operated by AtmaLoop.
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorized payment gateway. Prices are as displayed in the app/website at the time of purchase. Paid plans unlock features for the stated duration from the date of successful payment. As this is a digital service that unlocks immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated, except where required by law or where a payment was genuinely deducted but the plan did not unlock (in which case, contact us — see Section 7 — and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund if the fault was on our end).
The Refer & Earn program lets any user (including free-trial users) share a personal referral link/code. If someone unlocks a paid plan through that link, the referrer may earn a fixed commission, subject to the following:
You agree not to misuse the app or website — including attempting to forge or tamper with unlock/payment signatures, abuse the referral program, or interfere with the service's normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, and to withhold or reverse referral commissions, in cases of genuine misuse.
Switchava 19 is a counting and habit-support tool for personal spiritual/wellness practice. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and makes no guarantees about outcomes from any practice. The service is provided "as is," and while we take reasonable care to keep it available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of Switchava 19, the website, a purchase, or the Refer & Earn program (including a disagreement over a referral commission), are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, please first contact us directly (see Section 7) — most issues (a payment that didn't reflect, a referral-commission question, etc.) can be resolved this way without needing to go further. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Banda, Uttar Pradesh, and courts elsewhere shall not have jurisdiction over such disputes, regardless of where you access the app or website from.

Refer & Earn प्रोग्राम में कोई भी यूज़र (फ्री-ट्रायल यूज़र्स समेत) अपना पर्सनल रेफरल लिंक/कोड शेयर कर सकता है। अगर कोई उस लिंक से पेड प्लान अनलॉक करता है, तो रेफरर को एक निश्चित कमीशन मिल सकता है, इन शर्तों के साथ:
आप ऐप या वेबसाइट का दुरुपयोग न करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं — जिसमें अनलॉक/पेमेंट सिग्नेचर को फोर्ज या टैम्पर करने का प्रयास, रेफरल प्रोग्राम का दुरुपयोग, या सेवा के सामान्य संचालन में हस्तक्षेप शामिल है। वास्तविक दुरुपयोग के मामलों में हम एक्सेस को सस्पेंड/समाप्त करने का, और रेफरल कमीशन को रोकने/वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
Switchava 19 व्यक्तिगत आध्यात्मिक/वेलनेस अभ्यास के लिए एक काउंटिंग और आदत-सहायता उपकरण है। यह मेडिकल, मानसिक, वित्तीय, या कानूनी सलाह नहीं देता, और किसी भी अभ्यास से परिणामों की कोई गारंटी नहीं देता। सेवा "जैसी है" प्रदान की जाती है — हम इसे उपलब्ध और सटीक रखने के लिए उचित सावधानी बरतते हैं, लेकिन निर्बाध या त्रुटि-मुक्त संचालन की गारंटी नहीं देते।
